The restoration will not be an economic plus- it really depends on what you want.

Were it mine, I'd clean up the rust, change the barrel to one without a bulge, and shoot it a little.

Please don't "part it out", if you don't want to resurrect it to a shooter, I'd take it off your hands; and do the work myself.
