Hi, It's hard to see detail in your photos due to either focus or camera shake issues. That said, it's likely it is a 42 date Mauser Luger in original finish. The magazine does not look original to the gun, and is probably after-market. In the case of this pistol, a proper bakelite base FXO E/37 magazine is worth about $225, so that must be taken into consideration.
If it's all matching and in 90% condition, you're probably looking at a $1500-$1700 pistol. At that price I would expect a 3 day inspection period with right of return so that I could evaluate it in hand. Grips may or may not be matching numbered. The side plate may or may not have a number inside that relates to the first 2 digits of the serial number. The retail price from a dealer would be about 30% more than the collector value I quoted.
