I think these close tolerance holes would have to be reamed to achieve the correct size. A drill would not be accurate enough, JMHO. And you would be right about "oval" wear!

I ordered two toggle axles from Numrich recently, one was std. size, the other over size, but not worth sending one back at $5.70 or there about.

I would surely like to see an armorer's kit also.
