Default Mark on Re-Barreled Swiss M1900 Luger

I recently acquired my first M1900 Swiss Luger.

This one shows evidence of rebuild including the reinforced S+F extractor and a replacement barrel.

The only marks on the barrel are the serial number (in the correct position, stamped through the bluing) and an odd mark on top.

Can anyone identify this mark?

Does the mark trace back to a Swiss arsenal rebuilder?

Thanks, Marc
