Default 1900 AE toggle grip question

I recently saw what appeared to be a 1900 AE 30 cal luger at a local gun show. I own a 1900 AE and what I have seen on this forum for the most, have dished toggle grips.

This AE luger I saw had a toggle that was not dished and had the skinny style barrel on it. It did have the american eage crest on it though.

As I did not get a chance to really hold it and look at it close, I was curious about the toggle grips.

My question to all, is this proper for an AE style luger (non-dished grips)?
