Wow!!! Enough for a "NEW" Luger!
I was browsing my library this evening, and came across one of my German relative's old books. When I opened it, this dropped out!
Printed in Berlin February 7, 1908, this Imperial ReichsBankNote for 100 Marks was worth about $25 at the time in US Currency. If I'm not mistaken, that's about enough to buy a brand new Luger... Oh well, if that "Way Back Machine" ever gets working, I've got the right cash! Marc
