Shipping parts to Europe - what issues?

I already ordered and received many gun parts from USA, barrels and magazines included, without problem. I think you can export most gun parts, except frames.
The import question is the problem of the buyer who must verify his national legislation, this is his responsability at his own risk. Also, he must pay all extra costs if the package is sent back to the US seller, and cannot claim if the ordered items are stopped by the customs. christian
