Just received a set of good solid VoPo grips to use off and on instead of my nice Nills.
The outside of the grip plastic is best described as very very very dark amber. I had to do a small bit of fitting and filing into the material and it leaves fibrous tufts on the edges. Inside the grips I can see bits of thread, and what looks like small pieces of cloth trapped in the (resin?) matrix. Just what where these made of? Looks like macerated dish cloths dipped in maple syrup ![]() |
