I have just had an email exchange with a non-forum member who claims that the latest (June 06) issue of Guns & Ammo magazine has an article about the use of shoulder stocks.
He claims Quote:
Is there somebody out there in cyberspace on this forum who is knowledgeable about the status of C&R guns and the National Firearms Act of 1934 that has this magazine and can provide some enlightenment, or at least scan the appropriate portion of this article and post it here for evaluation and discussion. I think this person is seriously mistaken about the legality of the use of shoulder stocks. He has a stock/holster combination on ebay where his auction states that the stock can be used with ANY Luger that was manufactured with a stock lug... Before a forum member commits a felony, it would be beneficial if we talk this out... The only gun magazine I still receive is the American Rifleman...
