The 2012 Patriot tour .The flag in the picture has been traveling around the united states since memorial day ,when it left millwaukee wis and will travel each of the 48 states and then be retuned to milwaukee on labor day 2012

on each leg of the journey it is escourted by law enforcement and veterans groups . once it arrives at each destination there is a handing off cerimony.

I have been all over the world, was stationed in the Netherlands for 7 years, the dutch I met, the Belgium's, the Germans and the Luxembourg's, were all fair, and those that had been 'freed' by the USA in WW2 were still friendly and grateful.

The American Cemetery in Margraten, the Netherlands has EVERY grave adopted by a dutch family, some by several families.

I love America, but Europeans are cool too
