Default Magazine Pin

I have a mismatched #780 wood mag that is with my 1918 Erfurt. The pin that hold the wood end was makeshift and loose. The holes may even be a bit larger from this......Any ideas on where to get a pin, and are they peened over when installed or a press fit?

I may need to get an oversized pin if the original is too small for a press fit.
Appreciate your help

Mike

Drill the hole out with a drill bit little larger the worn out hole and then cut the end of the drill and you get a perfect pin with a perfect fit.
