Hi All,
We have the house up for sale& we will be moving to the Charleston -Summerville area with luck. Can any of the members here tell me about the ranges in the area. We know NO ONE in the area that are shooters or collectors. . Any help will be welcome. Please PM me. Thanks, broomhandle

The PM button does not seem to be working this evening. I live in Savannah (I see you are in Augusta). I don't know about Charleston itself but there are two commercial ranges in southern SC not far from here: one is in Ridgeway, the other is outside of Hardeeville. As you probably know, in Georgia there are a number of public ranges managed by the Department of Natural Resources and I suspect the same is true in SC. I would call the SC DNR and ask them about ranges. Also, there is a skeet club at Charleston Air Force Base, next to the airport. Visit the club on their "public access" day and ask around. By the way I also shoot a broom. KFS |
