As i was taking off the grips to my new Luger, one of the grip screws broke. Ok, it's a shooter, and I'm putting replacement grips on it anyway to preserve the originals, but I noticed that the screws have a stamp on them. I cannot get my camera to zoom in for a legible photo but the stamp is an eagle with drooping wings above what looks like a numeral 6 or perhaps a letter "G".
My question is: 1.) does the stamp designate manufacturer, and Is it possible to find another with the same stamping? I have installed brass grip screws for the new grips but would like to try to find a similarly stamped twin to the remaining original. Thanks in advance!
