Just curious...
I have 2 pair of reproduction walnut grips. Q: Is it common to have to hand fit these grips to the pistol? one set is old and the right panel is sloppy at top..time to sell on e-bay. The other set is new/old stock..and does not fit at top safety toggle latch area. I will handfit as needed. Just needed a good set of shooter grips and wondered if anyone else has run into this problem. Would like to buy a good set of original walnut grips for the "42" from Hugh Clark and am wondering if these will have to be hand fitted as well. Thanks, Stan
