1936 Ebay Holster

New to lugers and looking to set-up a Rig for my 1936 s/42. I picked up this holster on ebay and thought I might ask about it in hindsight.
Ebay item #120049797445. I will try and upload some photos

Is this a correct holster for my year weapon and what would be the correct tool for this.
