Passes Right-To-Carry And
Reckless Lawsuit Preemption Bills
In a historic vote, the Missouri House of Representatives and Senate passed the nation's 36th Right-to-Carry law (H.B. 349), successfully overriding Governor Holden's veto. Also, Friday, Septmeber 12, the House joined the Senate in overriding Holden's veto of Reckless Lawsuit Preemption (SB 13).
