Missouri Passes Concealed Carry Law

The anti-gun folks are attempting to get this vote over turned, as the one vote that carried it was cast by a National Guard Officer, currently on active duty at GITMO. Their arguement is that according to federal law, he is not technically a member of the legislature while on active duty. TH
