a dealer in gundigest is offering a police lugar with both the sear &mag saftys.says he only saw two in his years.since he is a large dealer,would this be considered rare?

Sear and magazine safeties on police Lugers (note spelling) are relatively common, with the sear safety being very common. Most magazine safties were deactivated by clipping off the extension that went behind the trigger to block it. An un-clipped magazine safety, while not exactly rare, is indeed scarce.
