a dealer in gundigest is offering a police lugar with both the sear &mag saftys.says he only saw two in his years.since he is a large dealer,would this be considered rare?

Most magazine safties were deactivated by clipping off the extension that went behind the trigger to block it. An un-clipped magazine safety, while not exactly rare, is indeed scarce.
