Heinz and I are working on a navy pamphlet right now. It will be nowhere near the quality on a Jan Stills or, I am sure, a Tom A's book. What it will be is a copy cat version of a German pamplet that I bought on Ebay a while back. The pamplet was written in old German with Gothic style printing and was titled 'Piftole 1904'. (No, I did not spell that wrong.) Heinz has been busting his butt for about a month now translating it. (He had better be). I am not planning to add or subtract anything from what was written in about 1906 and reprinted about 1913. And I intend to keep the flavor of old German navy, curtious, technical writing. This may not be of much use to a newbie but Heinz tells me that it should be an interesting read of about 28 pages plus 2 pages of drawings of a 1908 navy. I have never done anything like this before and like Tom, I don't know how many pamphlets to make or how much to charge. My current plan is to make it available only to the forum.
