I picked up this magazine at a local gun show this weekend. I have searched every book I own and cannot find a stick eagle proof with a circle"X" "C" underneath. Please note also the three different numbers stamped on the base. There are several examples of a stick eagle C with a swastika, but this one has a "X" in place of the swastika. Any opinions or answers will be appreciated.

Mike, Howard is correct. The X is not an X but a swastica with little detail. A lazy die maker perhaps.
There were Eagle K-F-C&L. I have yet to discover what exactly these letter designations stand for dispite discussions on this and other Boards. I have a beautiful loading tool with the Eagle F, it is fun just to look at such a rare thing. Eagle L seems to be the most common. Jerry Burney

Mike, The center pinned (with round headed pin) is the very last (circa 1944) type of WW2 Police mag made for the luger. The E/C appears spurious to me. TH
