At $400 (approx) it does not seem to be that expensive though.
But I was curious when I saw it and could not find a picture or a reference in Benders Luger holster book.

This holster is an example of two types that were made as shoulder holsters. There was a 4" and a 6" version. They are not in Bender but that does not mean they aren't real. I have one of each purchased in Europe. There are period photographs that have been published in the French language "Cognisance de luger" (I think I have that right) that depict a Matrose wearing one. Just because something isn't listed
in the standard references does not mean it isn't bona fide. FWIW, I have done business with this seller and he is reputable. Tom A Tom A. |
