Some time ago, Olle discussed the sight dovetail and finally Olle found a company selling a cutter small enough and close enough to cut the dovetail. The prints do not show the angle in degrees; you have to work it out with trig tables. Then convert to degrees. And since tolerances enter into it, there can be more than one correct angle. But not too many correct cutters for the guy who likes to screw it up himself.

I just wondered what you had settled on.

It would be nice to find a dovetail cutter that would allow for one cut and done.
