It is "Geschoß". The "ß" (looks like a Greek "beta") is a German double-s, i.e. "ss". So written that way it is "Geschoss" and means bullet or projectile. If you use it on another forum and you don't have a way to type the "ß" then write it out as "Flacspitzengeschoss", it will make more sense than "Flacspitzengeschob"
By the way, a literal translation of Flacspitzengeschoss is "flat point bullet" and you will usually see it referred to as a "truncated cone" bullet in English text.
