Your sear is not resetting. Remove and clean the sear and see if the small plunger at the front is moving freely. In the past, I have taken a dremel with a polishing wheel and have slightly broken the edge of the plunger by polishing. This is the edge which faces out when installed in the pistol. By polishing the outer edge of the plunger, it helps it to ride over the trigger lever and reset properly.
