Sounds like a correct 1910 which has not had the hold open mechanism added (this was done in 1913-14) The unit marking probably indicates 13th Field Artillery Regiment, 2nd company.

Military Lugers made before late 1911 will have last digits of the serial number stamped in the old commercial style. That is they will be on the bottum of both the side plate and the take down lever. If the magazine is original and matching it should display large numeral nunning the length of the mag button and not have a suffix.

If you plan to sell this gun I am an interested buyer. If not I would like to know the full serial number and a detailed description of the unit mark for my records.
