A BIG Congratulation to you. It may sound funny but this is what I did. Mabe our other friends can add to this. I bought a P08 replica that had a very usefull feature, it disassembled just like the original. This is what I practiced on until I felt confident in my abilities. Some replicas on the market now don't disassemble. It's worth a shot anyway.
