Or anyone. What does the words on the official target transulate to. What does it say? Official.....:jumper:

'Original-Anschuss-Scheibe' = 'Original Testfiring Target'.

Then it mentions the Pistol Type (Parabellum), the number,
Eingeschossen mit Patronen = test fired with cartridges
Anzahl der Schüsse = Number of shots fired (normally 3)
Streukreis = distance between the two farmost hits
Anschuss sitzent aufgelegt = testfiring while seated, gun supported.
Haltepunk: Untere Spitze Pfeil = Point of aim: bottom tip of arrow.
Schiessmeister = shooting master.
