Well, it's a WW1 gun, a 1917 DWM. The holster eagle and the swastika on the grips are both after-WW2 additions, for unknown reasons, probably bragging rights or marketability. The magazine is wrong for that gun. 9mm. Hard to judge condition from those photos, but I'd guess-timate value around $1000 or $1100 for the gun, maybe $100 for the holster.
Any specific questions?

yes the inset swastika on the grips and the pin that has been attached to the holter flap are post war modifications by some owner/seller. Such modifications would never be permitted on an issue weapon being used on active duty.

Hi and welcome to the forum. Be sure to download our FAQ PDF document. Just follow the FAQ link at the top of every forum page.

The magazine is a 1941-1942 Haenel Schmeisser milled steel magazine, and these are about the best ones available for shooting.

It's hard to be sure of the finish because of the use of flash, but it looks like it is likely in original finish.

A higher end shooter with the visible pitting and the grips modified that way. I also think David is right on the money.

I don't claim to be an expert, but I'm not new to this hobby by any means, out of experience I always tend to be very suspiciuous towards any modification, frills & drills, not to mention pretenting to be precious engravings on troops and low rank officers guns like the Luger essentially was.

David,

When you say the mag is wrong, you mean as a collectible, right?
IMO there is no wrong mag for a shooter, which this is (except maybe a wood bottom mag cause you might break it!)
