Fla.Mallard User Join Date: Jun 2020 Posts: 99 Thanks: 244 Thanked 95 Times in 37 Posts	It's pretty damn bad when a state has to pass a law to uphold and enforce a constitutional amendment. SCOTUS may be the only federal institution that may save peoples' rights.
