Funny story:
A local gunsmith decided he wanted to build a C96 from scratch. He built it around a 9x19 Uzi barrel but got in trouble using photocopied drawings that got distorted during the copying process. The pistol ended up being about 1.2 - 1.3 times the size of a regular C96 and he never succeeded in making it function semi-automatically. So he decided to turn it into a cutaway eventually. |
