Bmax,
the front sight is available from Brownell's; it fits a "Mauser" rifle slot and I think it is made for fitting to many different applications.

The rear sight is a slightly modified Beretta 92 pistol rear sight.
The lower area of each side was relieved to allow the toggle to close as the sight is slightly wider than the distance between the "forks".
As this one was an experiment, I used a file; a cleaner job could be done by milling the bottom of the sight.
