These would now be considered antiques. I guess you can now sell them to me without an FFL or FCL. Even though I have an FFL, occassionally at a show, some "ferener" (German, Canadian, etc) wants to purchase a luger. As far as I can tell, the sale of one over 100 years old, would be legal without the Federal paper work. TH
