Ok, I will try:

Lay the gun on its right side, with barrel pointing left
Look about �¾ way down on the grip, right side and you should see the grip safety spring (leaf type)
If present go to next step if not contact Tom or you can make your own.
Slide the grip safety into position in the frame
The spring engages the lever on a narrow ridge, so this often slips free during reassembly. Experiment by moving the lever up and down while pressing to the left until you feel the spring engage.
Lift the lower section of the lever up and place the pin into its slot.

P.S. You can use an old style large hair pin to make the spring if you lost yours:
You might also get you a strong magnet to search the floor where you first disassembled your gun to find the original one.
