John Sabato Lifer Lifetime Forum Patron Join Date: Jun 2002 Location: The Capital of the Free World Posts: 10,156 Thanks: 3,003 Thanked 2,309 Times in 1,098 Posts	To remove the mag release spring, take off the left grip (carefully so you don't chip out the part near the safety lever), and the small flat spring that is on the mag button can be pushed down at the top and slide out to the right and removed.
