"How to" question from a newbie

Make sure that your auto focus is working. When I take close ups with my camera, I have to press halfway on the button and hold it until it focuses. Then I press the rest of the way down to take the pic. How many mega pixels is your camera? Does it have zoom? Refer to your manual for focus issues. You may have to refer to the manual that's on the software CD that came with your camera to find it (if applicable). If your camera is less than 3.0 megapixels then you will want to get a better camera. I have a 4.0 with zoom and it takes decent pics.
