When you are ready to buy, ask yourself if for your first, do you want one to shoot or a high value collector piece? I would recomend getting a lower priced shooter. Then you can have fun and learn how to take it apart and have it for a visual aid when you are reading your books. Depending on your luck and location, one can usually be found for $300.00 -$600.00. In that price range you do not need to worry about fake stamps and other cheating. Then decide if you want a high value piece.
A good set of e-books is available from the Technical Information link at the left. For about $9.00 each they are hard to beat for a starter library. The author created the animation on the home page of this forum! Welcome aboard our mad house. Steve |
