If you are really serious about learning about Lugers and trying to develop enough knowledge to avoid some of the pitfalls of collecting, under $20 isn't going to help you much. Why would you not spend $50-$100 on some detailed documentation to save yourself $500-$1000 on a bad investment? Look at Tom's first posting above, it is good advice.
