I too think the 7.65 esko para has a lot of promise! If for no other reason then the fun involved with a fresh idea! As we would be scratch building the barrel, we could start with any blank, bore dia., you would think correct, I would like to make it a 6" barrel with approximately the same contour as the 1900/06 pencil thin barrel,with 7.65 esko para. lazer etched on it, on a 20 comm. receiver!.....I think the reduced mass might help or enhance function, The idea has merit.....till...later.....G.T.
