1.) Go to the web site Cruffler.com. This site will answer any questions you may have. There are kits offered there that will help you do it right. I have had a C&R for about 4 months and it does make the purchase of collectables easier.
2.) I have purchased a Luger from Simpson and have found that they are honest in their presentation, a little high on price but in this world you get what you pay for. I was actually steared away from one of their Lugers by one of their own sales people as a bad choice for an investment, so when I had the money for the Luger that I wanted I went back and purchased it from them.
