Hi policeluger,
To me this is a very simple question with a very simple answer. 1900 to mid 1936 = nickel tubes and mid 1936 to 1942 = blued tubes. In my opinion documentation has been provided as to when the blued tubes were officially issued. Perhaps you can provide official documentation to support an earlier issue date? |
