The trigger is bent pretty badly. The highlighted part is bent down pretty far. Should be more horizontal.
Probably done to compensate for the mismatched side plate.
When these pistols were reworked by the Russians I doubt there was much testing beyond making it it "click" when the trigger was pulled. I doubt they actually test fired most of these reworks before they were stored away.
