Help ID Helmet and decal

Looking at this Nazi Helmet , Anyone know what the Decal is > I have never seen it and cannot find any reference that looks like it

What would this Helmet be worth Helmet is in VG condition with liner and strap .

Hi,
That might be for one of the many other countries that fought along side of the Nazis I don't recognize it as one of the regular units.

Looks like a RAD (Reichsarbeitsdienst) Symbol but it's upside down.
Fake decal?
