The condition as stated (87%) is a bit generous, it looks a little more tired than I would like. The dummy mag/cleaning kit is a nice accessory to have. My personal preference is for the early Loewe produced Borchardts, so that also is on the plus side for me. Still, all in all, I think something a lot closer to $20K would be reasonable. Unfortunately this is a consignment piece, so there is no negotiating on price. Simpson would have to go back to the consignor for a price adjustment, and they have not been willing to do that for me.
