I agree with George.

I believe if you look closely, you will find that the marking is pantographed not stamped. It probably belonged to 1944 HK SN 11122.

At one time I owned SN 11244 and it had the identical type magazine and font style and marking.

The only thing that works against this theory is that the early 11000 serial numbers at HK were mainly 1940 dated. On the other hand, HK were notoriously bad at FIFO serialization and there are numerous examples of SNs being produced non-sequentially. especially in the 1940s , i.e. after the initial order for 10,000 was shipped.

An example; my 1943 HK had a higher SN than my 1944.

And, BTW, your mag is in remarkably good condition.
