Duel at Blood Creek

I had a similar experience to Ron's--in the countryside near Cali, Colombia; on many occasions I saw people cutting the grass on the side of the roads with machettes. In order to swing the blade horizontal to the ground, some men bent over sharply at the waste and some were actually on their knees. I guess this is what happens with very cheap labor.

By the way, they worked hard and did an excellent job.
