Want to know value of a luger

This looks like a job for Thor. It isn't deeply pitted, it just needs a bit of surface work and re-finish.
Also, are we all in agreement that it is a blued finish, not black parkerizing as in a
Portugese contract gun? I question that because of the picture from the top of the chamber that sort of looks like a powdery black finish/texture.
