Seems like the interest has been lackluster to this point. Here is what he said to me.

"Hello Ted;

Thanks for your note. Unfortunately it is only

the third expression of interest. I may go ahead

anyway as time and finances allow. If I proceed I'll

be sure to advertise in the NAPCA newsletter.

Frank Allan"
