Perhaps it was a Norwegian replacement lever that you were successful in bending.

I am with Tom on this issue... bending an original german trigger lever will result in breakage. These are hardened parts, not intended to be bent.

Jeffs- perhaps you should order a reproduction lever from Tom Heller (LugerDoc) and experiment with that... welding to add material to an original lever is also not recommended because the part is so small and the welding will change its hardness...

You should also try cleaning your disconnector pin on the sear bar in good solvent and make sure that it is functioning freely...
