Default Re: Holster ID

A dyed 1911 holster would range in value from $40US to $250US depending on condition. Many were dyed in 1916-1918 period. The original brown color would increase value perhaps to a $50-$350US range. If the stitching is sound, there are no tears or holes, the belt loops are original and not replacements, and there is no restitching or other repairs, the value is high. Soft, oily, torn holsters are less valuable. General wear on the holster does not reduce value a great deal unless there is damage, tears and holes.

I hope that helps.
